Shipping Policy - Ranas Saree
We at Ranas are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. To enable us to ensure prompt & safe delivery please read and follow these terms
1.1. We take orders for delivery to almost any postal address in the world. Please note that Ranas does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and hotels. Please provide complete address with pin code/zip code along with landmarks for easy delivery.
1.2. Please ensure that someone is there to receive the parcel when courier delivery is attempted. In case no one is there to receive the package, the parcel may be left at door. At which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. In such a case our courier agents will not be able to provide signed confirmation of delivery.
1.3. No shipment will be delivered on Saturday & Sunday. In some Islamic countries Friday is also considered as holiday. No Shipment will be dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
1.4. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
2. Cost Delivery Cost is charged to you by Ranas, which is in addition to the price of the products themselves. You may avail reduced shipping cost on additional items if already specified with the product. The cost of the shipment is based on the weight of the product which is available for your reference on the product page. In case it is not available, Please feel free to ask us. The weight of all the products will be rounded off up to the next 500gms.
3. Delivery Time After the order is placed the processing of your order may take 7 to 20 days depending upon the availability of product & complexity of alteration if any. Once the order is processed and is ready to dispatch, we will send you the confirmation of order by email. Please allow 3 to 7 days for express shipments from the date of dispatch for USA, Europe and all major destinations. If a product is required urgently or before a definite date you are recommended to confirm with us through email about the availability and exact delivery date before placing an order. We can also arrange alternate suitable shipping option for bulk orders. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any further clarifications. The origin of all shipment will be India.
4. Tracking Your Shipment After we dispatch the shipment, we will provide you with the tracking no. of your shipment. Through which you will be able to know the status of shipment in transit.
5. Billing Please note all items including gifts will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
6. Insurance All the shipment is insured by us till the delivery at your address. There is no extra charge for this. However we take no responsibility of lost or damages to shipment after it has been left at your address. Please ensure that someone is there to receive the package at your address to avoid any dispute by loss or damage of goods in absence of any custodian. Always provide correct address & zip code in order to avoid any penalties by courier companies. In case the address & zip code do not match customer will have to bear the complete cost of any such penalties and the cost of reshipment if the parcel is returned due to wrong address.
7. Custom & Duties Any Charges leaved by customs or any other department of Government or otherwise will have to be paid by the customers. Ranas will not accept any responsibility for any compensation with regard to vat, custom and import duties, taxes, surcharge by courier companies or any such charge.
8. Important Guidelines To ensure safe and convenient delivery of shipment we advise you to follow these guidelines
8.1. Always provide us with complete & correct postal address with pin codes/zip codes along with landmarks.
8.2. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the shipment at the expected time of delivery.
8.3. Before accepting delivery of any shipment, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +911414010100 / 200 or e-mail us at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number.
